Q: What types of sweet and savory foods do you offer?
A: We offer a variety of savoury treats such as samosas, shingharas, and half moons, as well as sweet options including cakes, tarts, and some Bangladeshi delicacies.
Q: How are your products sold?
A: We pride ourselves on using fresh ingredients and preparing our products daily to ensure the highest quality and freshness for our customers. We sell a majority of our savouries/pastries are sold to our customers frozen, so they are able to enjoy them at their own convenience. On the other hand, most of our sweet treats are freshly baked for each customer.
Q: Are all of your products halal-certified?
A: Absolutely! We can proudly say that all of our products are HMC halal certified - we take great care in sourcing our ingredients to ensure they are Zabiha compliant.
Q: Do you offer local delivery or catering services?
A: Yes, we offer both Local Delivery (in areas LU1, LU2, LU3, LU4 for orders above £39.99) and catering services for events of all sizes. Whether you need a few trays of snacks delivered to your doorstep or a full catering setup for a large event, we've got you covered.
Q: What should I do if I need to change my collection/delivery time?
A: We understand that plans can change! If you need to adjust your collection or delivery time, please let us know as soon as possible. We'll do our best to accommodate your request and find a suitable alternative time that works for both parties. Feel free to contact us directly, and we'll be happy to assist you with rescheduling.
Q: What if I'm late to my collection?
A: We understand that things do not always go to plan, however we need at least 2 hours notice ahead of your collection time for any amendments you need to make to your collection slot. After this time frame, you will not be able to change your slot, and we expect you to arrive for your collection at the agreed time. Failure to collect at this time will result in one final slot being offered - however during busy periods, this is not guaranteed. Please note, we do not offer refunds, unless there is a fault on our part.
Q: Do you accommodate requests for recipe modifications or adjustments to suit individual preferences or dietary restrictions?
A: We truly appreciate your interest in our dishes and the care you take with your dietary preferences. At Fusion Flair, we take pride in preserving the authenticity and tradition of our recipes. While we understand and respect individual dietary needs, we've intentionally crafted our recipes to honour our culinary heritage. As such, we are unable to accommodate requests for recipe modifications or adjustments. However, we're confident that you'll find our menu offers a variety of options to suit many tastes.
